The Rank of Caretaker is given to the Overseer of the Pathway. The Caretaker is First in Command of the Pathway, and is a Member of the Council of First Knowledge.
To gain this rank you must be a currently serving member of the HiCom team and be chosen as the Overseer by the Oversight of the Pathway.
