To gain this Rank you must pass your Advanced Jedi Knight Trials.
Jedi Consulars are able to Co-host Standard Events.
Once you become a Jedi Consular you gain access to the Force Ability Mass Heal.
The Quota for Jedi Consulars is attending or Co-Hosting 2 events.
